Herbs: edible flowers * mint * sage * oregano * cilantro * dill * rosemary * chives *

July

Vegetables: red, purple, yellow, orange, striped, cherry and roma tomatoes * wax, purple podded, tongue of fire or "regular" green beans * okra * variety of green, sweet colored & hot peppers * black belle, white or bi-colored eggplant * suyo long, lemon or "regular cucumbers * zucchini, pattypan, crookneck or zahra summer squash * rhubarb green onions

Fruit: peaches * nectarines * apricots * grapes * bananas

October

Vegetables: green tomatoes * some ripe tomatoes * arugula * variety of colored peppers * tomatillos * fresh shelling beans * variety of lettuce * broccoli * radishes * carrots * red, yellow & white onions * winter squash * red or white Swiss chard * braising/stir-fry greens

Varieties and quantities of produce vary. Some weeks will be heavy, some weeks lighter. We plant to provide a balanced harvest each week of both basic and specialty crops. However, given the many variables in nature, surpluses or deficits of particular crops are likely.
